IPC Services, LLC (IPC) is a family owned and operated environmental cleanup services company and our goal is to better protect the environment and the communities where we live and work. Located in Harmony, PA and started in 1989 by Mike and Jill Marburger, IPC and its sister company Insight Pipe Contracting, have been proudly servicing the Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia areas for over 30 years. We are an experienced industrial environmental contractor in Pittsburgh providing services to identify, monitor, correct and prevent environmental problems. We do this through maintenance and rehabilitation of waste water collection systems, emergency spill response, industrial cleaning & maintenance, hazardous and non‐hazardous waste management, and gas field cleaning services. Our current coverage area has grown to Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and New York.

Our entire local labor force have CDLs, 40‐Hour OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) Training, DOT Hazardous Materials Transportation Training, as well as monthly and annual proficiency training. Our technical and professional staff is licensed/certified by state and national agencies and has a diverse background and experience in the environmental, industrial and energy industries.
